ASUS ROG Winter 2018 Qualifiers

ASUS ROG Winter 2018 CS:GO tournanent will have two spots open for Finnish teams to enter the $15,000 competition at Assembly Winter 2018 in Helsinki, Finland on February 2-3.

ASUS ROG Tournaments welcome new local talent to show off their skills and enter the online qualifiers for ASUS ROG Winter 2018 CS:GO Tournament. There will be two qualifiers, one on Saturday January 13, and another on Sunday, January 14, both granting one team a spot in the main tournament at Assembly Winter 2018 on February 2-3, 2018. Note that 3/5 of the team must be from Finland, and that qualified teams are required to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses to the event.

Before the qualifiers, remember to apply for an invite by sending us an application.


The online qualifiers are for Finnish teams only. Three out of five members should be Finnish. Both qualifiers have 64 open slots. The check-in starts 60 minutes before the tournament. Only the winner in both qualifiers will qualify to the offline tournament at Assembly.

Sign-up info

  1. Every participant is required to have a FACEIT account. Please register for FACEIT at their homepage, if you haven’t already done so. Remember to link your Steam account to your FACEIT account from settings -> “Game Settings” unless you did it on sign-up.
  2. Only team sign-ups are accepted in the tournament. Please create a team at FACEIT and invite your teammates to it. Party and solo sign-ups will be deleted from the tournament.
  3. Go to the tournament page (qualifier #1qualifier #2) and sign your team up by clicking “Join tournament with team”.
  4. On tournament day teams need to check in between 14:00 and 14:55 EET. Failing to do so, may end up costing the spot for the team if tournament ends up full.
  5. Make sure to be ready in time on tournament day. The map veto can take up to fifteen minutes.
